The dedicated Tasks tab allows you to view a list of all your tasks, so you can easily manage tasks for your business. By using this feature you can view, create, edit, search, and filter through your Tasks.
Step 1: Create a Task
- Navigate to Contacts >Tasks
- Click “+New Task” in the top right corner
- Fill out the popup that appears:
- Tasks can also be added using automations such as Workflows, Triggers, and Campaigns
Step 2: Managing Your Task List
- Search by a Task name in the search bar, found in the top left corner
- Filter Tasks using the dropdown options, found in the top right corner
- Check the box on the left side of the Tasks to select multiple and apply bulk actions
- You can mark as complete, mark as pending, or delete multiple tasks at one time.
- Click the 3-dot dropdown menu to individual manage one Task
- You can mark as complete, edit, or delete a task in this way.
