What’s New?

  • You can now sync your inbound emails from any existing contact directly to CRM when your 2-way sync is connected.
  • You can now import new contacts into CRM while sending emails from Outlook using the ‘Auto BCC’ address.
  • Auto BCC Sync is available under the sub-account settings in the 'My Profile' section. It is unique to each user's email and location.
  • Add the ‘Auto BCC’ address to the CC or BCC field while sending an email in Outlook to effortlessly create a new contact and add the conversation in CRM.
