Exciting news! We've just rolled out the workflow action that allows you to log external calls to the CRM. 

What’s New?

  • You can now log external calls to the CRM using workflows.
  • To log any external call, you can trigger the workflow using the "Inbound Webhook Trigger" and configure the "Log External Call" action, and pass all the call details and call recording.
  • Call direction, phone number of the receiver for inbound calls and the phone number of the dialer for outbound calls are mandatory.
  • The call will be displayed in the conversations section of the contact.
