📆 Cancelled Appointments:

• The "View Appointment" option is now enabled for cancelled appointment activities.
• Users can now view and update the details of cancelled appointments from Conversations module.

• The activity title now reads as "Appointment Deleted" when an appointment is deleted.
• Users can view deleted appointments but cannot edit them.
